Can I pick up or drop off campervan in some other location than your base – Zadar?

Yes you can. We have four options for you:

Zadar city center - free of charge

Zadar airport - free of charge

Split city center - 190€

Split airport - 150€

Can I bring my pets?

Sure you can! One dog is allowed (unfortunately other animals are not allowed). Note that you need to pay 5€/day extra for cleaning if you’re bringing your pet. If the campervan is exceptionally dirty or damaged on the inside when dropped off, we need to charge extra money.

How does the pick-up or drop-off look like?

You don’t have to worry about anything. Just let us know if you are arriving by plane or bus. We will wait for you at the airport or in city center, show you all the details in the campervan, answer all your inquiries, go through the contract and security deposit payment, give you our travel suggestions, sign the papers and your adventure is ready to begin!

For the drop off. we'll wait for you at the airport or city center. You hand us the keys, we check the campervan, and you are off to your flight/bus back home.

Are there any requirements for renting a camper?

Driver need to be 18 years old and have valid driver license (B category) to drive our campervans.

If the driver is under 21 years old, Stress free Insurance plan is required for the booking.

Can I travel abroad to other countries with my campervan rental?

For the small fee of 40€, you are welcome to travel with YourWay campervan to the following European countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Northern Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, and United Kingdom.

Please note that travel to non-EU countries not listed above is not permitted.

If you do not report to us that you plan to cross the border, road assistence and insurance are not appliable.

Is there mileage limitations?

No! There is not mileage limitations. Drive as much as you want.

What is included in rent?

Basic insurance and all camping essentials are included: Pots, pans, glasses, coffee press and cutlery, camping table & chairs for two people, linens, tea towel, cleaning kit, oil & seasonings, map & travel guide.

How do I pay security deposit?

A security deposit is paid at the time of your pick-up by cash or money transfer (internet banking). The amount depends on the Insurance Package you’ve chosen.

Security deposit is fully refundable when campervan is returned undamaged.

Can I add extras after my order has been confirmed?

Yes you can! You can add additional items to your order up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of your rental. To make changes to your order please send us an e-mail: info@yourway.co
Note that we can’t promise to have all additional items available if you add them when you arrive.

Can I add/change my insurance after my order has been confirmed?

Do I have to return the camper clean?

Cleaning service is included in rental price, but if the campervan is exceptionally dirty on the inside when dropped off, we need to charge extra money.

Do I have to return camper with a full fuel tank?

Yes! You will get the camper with a full fuel tank so you can enjoy your road trip directly after pick up .However we expect you to return it with a full tank. If you do not we will charge for the fuel needed to fill the tank and additional 20€ for fixed costs.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

In the event your fight is delayed and you have to change your pick-up time please let us know immediately and we will reschedule your pick-up! You can either call us or send us an e-mail: info@yourway.co.

What happens if I return the camper later then the time specified on my reservation?

If you return the camper more than hour later than the time specified on your
reservation we need to charge you extra money. If something unexpectedly happen on your way back, please let us know immediately. We are here for you.

Can I return the camper earlier then the drop-off time specified on my reservation?

If you want to return the camper earlier then the time specified on your reservation we ask you to let us know at least a day before.  We don’t give any refund if you bring campervan earlier.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Yes, but a change in dates, locations and other details will depend on the current availability and we must approve it.

How many people can drive the campervan?

It depends on the Insurance package you choose.

With the Basic Insurance only one driver is allowed.

If there will be more than one driver, you can choose between Extended Insurance or Stress free Insurance option. 

Can I take a ferry with my campervan?

Yes you can, no extra charge!

Island-hopping is an easy and affordable way to explore some of the 400 islands scattered along Croatia's coastline and ferries are running daily between most islands.

Do you provide travel information?

We are here for you and will be glad to plan your personal travel itinerary if you like. Also, we provide maps and travel guides and before your road trip you will get all useful information for traveling in our region You can always contact us for any question, help or local tip.
